The nose is spicy and savoury. There are notes of ripe wild small red fruits, pepper and small notes of flowers/ pistile associated with slight sappy hints. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, a good definition, tension, precision, silkiness and gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, purple quetsche plum and small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of flowers, almost hints of Mediterranean aromatic herbs (rosemary etc.) and slight sappy / cypress hints. Good length. Supple and gourmand tannins.
