Albert Bichot – Rochegrès 2020 – Moulin-à-Vent

The wine needs to be decanted. There are notes of spices, clove and small notes of small red fruits associated with touches of violet, cassis as well as beautiful touches of pepper, mineral and local grove. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, a certain gourmandise and a small silkiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blue plum, pulpy raspberry and small notes of bright small blue fruits associated with touches of tabaco, clove as well as slight spices hints, local grove/ laurel bay hints and slight hints of flowers. Good length and definition. Sapid and gourmand tannins.
