The nose is mineral and offers some fruit. There are notes of pulpy/ fresh raspberry, pulpy/ fresh cherry and small notes of cornflower associated with hints of liquorice stick, a discreet hint of nutmeg and an almost imperceptible vanilla like hint. The mouth is fresh, fruity and offers juiciness, certain brightness and a certain purity of the fruit and a certain small fleshiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, juicy/ pulpy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with a touch of juicy/ bright cassis as well as slight hints of liquorice stick, toasted, vanilla and toasted almond. Good length and definition. Juiciness. Beautiful small chew on the finish/ persistence.
