The nose is elegant, racy, multilayered and offers a textured side currently discreetly tight. The wine needs to be decanted. There are notes of Boysenberry, fresh blue plum and small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh Madagascar pepper, Sichuan pepper as well as slight hints of « sense de la place » (local biotope). The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, brilliance in its fruit and juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, fresh/ juicy blackberry and small notes of pulpy/ juicy plum associated with touches of fresh nutmeg, fleshy red berries as well as sweet blond tabaco, « sense of place » (local biotope)and an imperceptible hint almost sage (almost Mediterranean influence). Good length. Elegant, chewy and sapid tannins. Beautiful sapid and suave finish. Beautiful freshness and juiciness.
