Château Bonnet 2020 – Moulin-à-Vent

Château Bonnet 2020 – Moulin-à-Vent

The wine needs to be decanted. The nose offers deepness and certain intensity. There are notes de grey pepper, blackberry and small notes of spices associated with slight varietal/ warm local grove hints and a discreet hint of toasted and vanilla. The mouth offers freshness, juiciness, minerality, a certain tension, precision and a slight straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, fleshy/ bright cassis associated with touches of ripe/ acidulous small fruits as well as sweet blond tabaco hints, almond, clove and a subtle hint of toast. Good length. Freshness and minerality. A ceratin small chewiness on the finish and gourmandise. A slight sapidity. Chewy tannins. Good persistence.
