The nose is quite intense with some vanilla and ripe lemon. With air, it opens with more lemon, pineapple and even mango. There is minerality. The mouth is a little bit sweet at the attack. We do have peach and ripe lemon with a touch of fizziness also. We have a nice fruit and a nice intensity in mouth. It is a ripe profile. The finish is fresh with a little astingency.
