The nose is aromatic with notes of peach. There is a nice mineralogy, almost minty. The second nose is more aromatic but still delicate with peach and pineapple. We do have a hint of tropical fruits. The mouth is fresh with a little creaminess at the attack. We do have peach and a nice acidity appearing in the middle of the mouth. The finish is medium long with apricot kernel.
