Schloss Gobelsburg – Grüner Veltliner 2022 GRUB Kammern 1ÖTW – Kamptal

The first nose is pronounced but settled with a little marine saltiness. We have lovely notes like apple cider and ripe pineapple. The second nose, with air, opens even with mirabelle plum and still the apple cider. It is more pronounced and delicate. It is very fresh with a minty minerality. The mouth is fresh with honey, apple cider and a little astringency at the attack. It is clean and clear. The middle of the mouth has got some white pepper. The finish is salivating with apple and a small herbal note. Very nice wine with complexity and high potential of ageing.
