The nose is fresh and about lime fruits such as grapefruit. It is very nice and pleasant with also some passion fruit. We also have discreet honey notes. With air, it is still orange blossom with lime and lemon. The mouth is quite on bitterness with zest of orange, yellow peach, lemon blossom and a nice finish with texture. Indeed we have a little astringency. The mouth is almost raspberry feel with a long long finish.
