The wine is aromatic with a very nice coffee and chocolate note almost caramelized. We do feel also some black fruits like black cherry. The second nose is deep with black fruits : fresh and cooked. The mouth is aromatic with dark fruits such as black cherry and blackberry. The tannins are very strong in the mid palate and they smoothen little by little with a nice salivation. We have chocolate, blood tobacco and coffee notes. The finish is long. The acidity is nice in the mid tasting and salivating despite the dry tannins.
