The nose is intense with aromas of ageing such as hazelnut, coconut and vanilla. We do perceive, behind, notes of candied lemon and juicy syrup peach. With air, the second nose develops the same aromatic but more powerfully. The mouth is fresh, intense with peach, banana, candied lemon, honeysuckle, lime blossom aromas. It is quite complex. There is a nice harmony and balance with the acidity. The finish is intense, long on precious wood and a hint of coffee.
