The nose is intense with deep toasted and vanilla flavors. There are also some fruits like black cherry and fresh fig. It is quite spicy with sweet spices like cinnamon. The second nose is more aromatic with some fresh flowers like violet. We do perceive a very fresh minty note and raspberry. It is charming. The mouth is very fresh, minty with a nice minerality. The aromas are fruity with fresh black cherry, strawberry and raspberry. The tannins are strong, dry and the middle of the mouth is dry with some sweet spices, vanilla and light toast notes. The acidity is fresh but not as salivating as expected. The finish is astringent with the tannins and a nice fresh crispy fruit definition. It is long.
