Produced on a hillside overlooking the village of Chavany, from 60-year-old vines. Matured in new oak barrels for eighteen months. A Syrah full of finesse, purple-red in color, with aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant and raspberry and a slight hint of vanilla, given by the wood, which on the palate is found in a certain very rounded tannic persistence that is released along with floral and spicy aromas before a triumph of fruity aromas and a savory finish. Of great envelopment and evolutionary potential.
