Produced from 3 plots of 40-year-old vines grown in 3 communes: Tournon, Mauves and Glun, aged in wooden barrels for 14 months. Syrah grown on granitic soils and a luminous purple color, on the nose aromas of vanilla, ripe cerise, raspberries and sweet and oriental spices. On the palate it is ample, with a very crisp profile of good volume and dynamism supported by a pleasant, if feeble, tannic structure.
