The nose is earthy then develops with fruity notes. It’s austere. We have black fruits as well as coffee and cocoa. There is a certain complexity. We also perceive a hint of alcohol. The palate is fresh with a beautiful minerality, almost saline. We find crunchy black fruits like blackberry. The finish is long.
