The nose is fruity, fresh with a beautiful clarity despite discreet notes of fruit. Allowed to breathe, we perceive a nice touch of cherry with a kirsch side. The palate is fresh with structuring tannins. There is a lovely freshness which continues in the mid-palate, always accompanied by grippy tannins. We have notes of black fruits like blackberry.
