Château Cadet Bon 2022 – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is elegant, precise, straight, powerful and intense, and benefits from being decanted. We find notes of spices, pepper and more precisely small wild black berries, associated with touches of nutmeg, cloves, and a hint of toast. The palate is nicely structured, fresh, airy, with suppleness and a certain straightness. It has a mellow side and a nice grain. We discover notes of wild blackcurrant, small juicy and bright wild black berries, and more precisely graphene, associated with touches of nutmeg, toasted hazelnut, crushed cherry, as well as a hint of chocolate, vanilla, and fine sweet spices. A touch of bergamot and infusion in the background. Good length, lovely freshness and suppleness. Pretty mellow, and chewy, tasty. Hint of smoke in the background.
