The nose is precise and offers a small concentration, accuracy, freshness and a slight minerality. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small pulpy / fresh black fruits, a small elegant austerity and small notes of bright wild raspberry associated with delicate touches of sage, tobacco and clove as well as a discreet hint of pepper in the background. The palate is beautifully built, fresh, supple, elegant, airy, racy and offers a slight spherical side and a slight fatness. There are notes of pulpy and juicy blackcurrant, black plum and small notes of elegant roasted red berries associated with touches of bergamot, clove as well as an almost black olive hint and sweet spices. Tannins are mellow and tasty. A fine iodine hint in the background. A slight elegant austerity and a beautiful freshness.
