The nose is aromatic, elegant, complex, beautifully racy, fine, precise and captivating, with an intense grain, depth and delicacy. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, violet and small notes of small wild berries, associated with touches of pepper as well as beautiful hints of limestone, sense of place and discreet hints of bergamot, almost dry aromatic grove. The palate is beautifully conducted, fresh, racy, elegant, tense, with beautiful energy, a precise grain, frank, racy, but delicate in its touch. It expresses notes of bosyen blackberry, juicy/pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of small bright blue fruits associated with touches of small wild fruits, bright fruits, smoke, dry soil, almost dry aromatic herbs, tobacco and mocha. Tannins are mellow, sapid and beautifully tasty. Beautiful freshness with a creamy touch, gourmandise.
