The palate is nicely built, safe, nicely fresh, gourmand, and offers a nice purity of fruit, notes of blueberry, blackcurrant and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of roasted-juicy berries, blue berries, vanilla, star anise as well as a subtle hint of toast. Tannins are mellow, suave. A hint of oak in the background, a subtle sappy hint.
