The nose is fruity, intense, peppery and offers concentration, deepness in precision as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of wild cassis, graphene and small notes of cocoa associated with touches of blueberry, crushed strawberry, fine toasted hints, roasting as well as a discreet hint of clove, a subtle hint of almost crushed plum and an imperceptible almost balsamic/pepper hint. The palate is beautifully built, fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, creaminess in precision, a spherical side, a great delicacy, brightness, brilliance as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, purple plum and small notes of blackcurrant associated with touches of balsamic, hints of star anise, cocoa tonka bean as well as discreet toasted hints, a hint of toasted almond and graphene. Tannins are sapid and mellow. An almost saline side which brings a lot of gourmandise. Good length with a hint of roasting and roasted almonds in the background. A wine deeply rooted in its terroir.
