Lovely fruity nose, fresh, roasted and offers intensity in elegance as well as depth. A well-integrated wood. It reveals notes of morello cherry, violet and small notes of liquorice stick associated with touches of roasted-juicy berries, bright blueberry as well as a hint of colas, cherry blossoms and delicate spices. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a tangy frame, juiciness, tension, suppleness, sapidity and gourmandise. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy bigarreau cherry, blueberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of roasted-juicy berries as well as hints of roasting, cardamom, a hint of caramelization/toasted and discreet hints of graphene and cocoa. Nice mellowness and flavor on the finish/chewy. Good length and a coating sensation.
