The nose is fruity, offering juiciness, depth and a certain concentration, with a nice infusion side. There are notes of pulpy raspberry, bright cherry and, more slightly, pulpy blackcurrant, associated with touches of roasted fruits as well as hints of small blue fruits, liquorice stick and fine notes of pepper. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, and well-balanced, carried by a mineral frame. It deploys freshness, suppleness and juiciness, with a spherical, elegant side and a beautiful alliance between infusion and aromatic concentration. A fine elegant darkness completes this harmony. The flavors are expressed with notes of pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and bright morello cherry, associated with touches of roasted and juicy small fruits, as well as subtle hints of blueberry and chocolate. Good length, with a nicely chocolatey, fresh and juicy finish, bringing brightness and delicacy. A slight hint of grilled aromatic herbs stands out in the background. A beautiful roundness, balanced, with mellow tannins and a subtle hint of roasting in the background.
