A lovely elegant nose marked by a darkness, with nuances of infusion and a depth that is both austere and elegant, all in delicacy and suppleness, with a fine floral bouquet. We perceive notes of bright wild blackcurrant, bright morello cherry and, more lightly, creamy blue plum, associated with touches of liquorice stick, discreet Madagascar pepper, as well as fine hints of black tea, cornflower, clove and vanilla pod. The palate is beautifully built, supple and fresh, with remarkable elegance and a beautiful darkness balanced by the freshness. We find a depth and a concentrated side reminiscent of an infusion, with a chiseled frame. The notes of small bright black berries, bright blackcurrant and small bright blue fruits are accompanied by touches of roasted and juicy raspberry, morello cherry, as well as fine hints almost of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Subtle nuances of graphene, tonka bean, mocha, toast and bourbon vanilla complete this complex and refined palette. The wine is distinguished by its definition and gourmandise.
