The nose is marked by controlled power and beautiful concentration, with aromatic depth and a lovely racy grain. We find notes of concentrated blackberry, crushed strawberry, and more discreetly small shiny black fruits, associated with touches of graphene, mocha, as well as hints of toast. The palate is fruity, with juiciness, freshness, suppleness and good tension. There is some minerality, and sometimes a flirtation with roasty-juicy and Mediterranean notes. We perceive notes of bright blackcurrant, elegant roasted cherry almost Mediterranean herbs, associated with touches of bright raspberry as well as hints of toasted, chocolate, vanilla, graphene and a hint of clove. A little sappy note in the background. Beautiful freshness and volume. The texture is mellow, fresh and airy.
