Intuition de Fleur Cardinale 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Intuition de Fleur Cardinale 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

(76% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc) The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a small creaminess. We find notes of creamy raspberry, pulpy cherry and slight notes of pulpy purple plum associated with touches of blueberry, graphene as well as discreet hints of cornflower, almost fresh pink hint and a discreet hint of infusion. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, well-balanced, a tangy structure, a good definition, a lovely airy side in its matter, creaminess and freshness that drives the tasting.  In mouth this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, blackcurrant and small notes of juicy fresh purple plums associated with touches of small bright red fruits, graphene as well as a fine almost charcolat hints, cocoa, toasted hints, a hint of almond and a subtle hint of coffee. Tannins are elegant, fresh and sapid. There are fine fresh floral hints a toasted almond in the background. A nicely stretched, creamy and gourmand side in the persistence. Good length.
