(100% Merlot) The wine is worth decanting. The nose expresses notes of wild raspberry, concentrated wild blackcurrant and small notes of Kampot pepper associated with touches of lilac, cornflower as well as a hint almost of cherry blossom and liquorice. The palate is nicely juicy, pulpy and offers delicacy, appetence, a certain sparkle and a floral side. It expresses notes of pulpy cherry, juicy wild blackberry and small notes of violet, iris associated with touches of cherry blossom, a hint of purple plum, liquorice stick and camphor. Tannins are sapid, mellow and gourmand, with a velvety grain. A discreet hint of chocolate on the finish/persistence.
