The nose is aromatic and offers complexity and a certain small intensity. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, eucalyptus/menthol and small notes of vanilla associated with touches of crushed wild strawberry as well as fine hints of roast, pepper, tobacco, smoke and liquorice stick. The palate is nicely conducted, fruity, fresh, suave and offers delicacy, accuracy, tension, smoothness, juiciness, brightness and a chiseled and tangy frame. It expresses notes of Bosyen blackberry, pulpy/roasted cherry and small notes of crushed red berries associated with touches of liquorice, chocolate, toast, blueberry and dark chocolate. Tannins are mellow, fresh and tasty, chewy and delicacy on the finish/persistence.
