The nose is elegant and offers velvety, fruit, a certain depth as well as an airy power. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of pepper associated with fine hints of tobacco as well as a discreet hint almost of warm Mediterranean barrier, clove and fresh cinnamon. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, suppleness and a nice burst of fruit, gourmandise, a certain controlled power (terroir). It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of crushed strawberry, a hint of small blue fruits as well as delicate hints of vanilla and liquorice in the background. A discreet hint of roasted fruits and almost grove/dry oak. Darkness in juiciness.
