The first nose is fresh and fruity. We do have a hint of white pepper and of white flowers. It is nicely aromatic. The second nose, with air, opens with some discreet peach. The mouth is fresh and fruity. The tasting is water mouth like. We do have a hint of bitterness with some peach and juicy apple. The finish is on orange blossom with a nice salivating acidity. It has some ageing potential. The finish is delicate but long. Nice wine.
