The nose is fruity, with a certain intensity and a small aromatic power. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of roasted-juicy fruits, a hint of sage and pepper. The palate is beautifully juicy, tangy, energetic and dynamic, with an electric and biting side. It expresses notes of juicy/tangy cassis, purple plum and small notes of roasted-juicy small red fruits associated with a bright side of the fruit as well as hints of zan, smoke and a subtle touch of star anise. Tannins are mellow and sapid. A subtle almost sappy hint in the background.
