D de Dassault 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

D de Dassault 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, with nuances of graphene, a certain depth and a hint of infusion/darkness. It reveals notes of graphene, morello cherry, pulpy blackberry and, more slightly, small roasted-juicy red fruits, associated with touches of violet, blond tobacco and a hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, offering accuracy, suavity, a mineral frame, a beautiful acidity and a nice definition. It shows suppleness, with an elegant and precise grain, as well as a pleasant freshness. On the palate, we find notes of roasted blackberry, graphene and, more slightly, small roasted-juicy red fruits, associated with a touch of blueberry, nutmeg, sweet pepper and a subtle almost balsamic hint, chocolate and roasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are fat, racy and elegant. A little chew on the finish, offering a nice persistence.
