The nose offers a beautiful herbaceous and tangy frame (roasted bouquet garni, dried mint, fresh peppermint), as well as elegant floral aromas (violet, peony, lilac). We also find juicy fruits (morello cherry, roasted red cherry, crushed raspberry), associated with a tangy hint of bergamot and a delicate woody hint. The palate is expressive, chiseled, slightly tight, but crisp, juicy and fruity. It expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, crushed raspberry, strawberry, a tangy and smoky hint of bergamot, as well as savoury spicy notes (nutmeg, liquorice, clove), a good bitterness of bitter almond and a pleasant salinity on the persistence. The tannins are fine and sapid. Good length on notes of Mediterranean herbs.
