The nose is reserved and requires aeration. The palate is juicy, with fine and silky tannins. It expresses notes of fresh fruits (morello cherry, strawberry, crushed raspberry, raspberry) with a dominance of tangy red cherry and the bitterness of bird cherry, aromatic herbs (bay leaf, thyme, rosemary), with notes of bay leaf and thyme, more pronounced, a fine toasted hint in the background (hazelnut, coffee), as well as some spiciness (nutmeg, dried liquorice). A straight, chiseled wine, with accuracy, freshness, good tangy persistence and structure.
