The nose offers a very fine grain, an airy side as well as a peppery side. This wine needs to be decanted. We find notes of concentrated blackcurrant, concentrated flowers, almost a pistil side and small juicy roasted red fruits associated with touches of graphene as well as a touch of saffron, spices and a hint of gray pepper. The palate is nicely fresh with minerality and a certain fullness in the freshness and juiciness accompanying a little fatness. We have notes of juicy and pulpy raspberries, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of juicy roasted cherries associated with touches of flowers (iris, pistil, lilac) as well as hints of camphor, spices and a subtle note of tobacco in the background. Good length.
