The nose is spicy and offers a fine concentration, a certain depth as well as a certain darkness in freshness. There are notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of zan associated with touches of roasted-juicy berries as well as hints of nutmeg, smoke and vanilla pod. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh and chiseled. It offers energy and a certain purity, notes of dense/fresh black berries, roasted-juicy cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of racy minerality, roasting and toast. Good length, finely marked tannins. Roasting and a fine sappy hint in the background.
