Château Manoir du Gravoux – Le Secret du Manoir 2022 – Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, with a certain gourmandise, a velvety and melodious power, and a racy grain. There are notes of creamy blackberry, violet, and small notes small wild blue berries associated with touches of sweet pepper, limestone and spices. The whole has a delicate, black and ripe texture. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, tangy, with gourmandise. It presents a tangy frame, rightness, tension, elegance, and a beautiful delicate texture. We find notes of creamy blackberry, bright wild raspberry, and small notes small bright red fruits, associated with touches of blueberry, cornflower, tangy limestone, as well as fine hints of star anise, tonka bean and toast. Good length. Tannins are supple, tasty and well-integrated. Lovely freshness and gourmandise. An airy side in its matter.
