The nose is fruity, elegant and bright. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, bright blueberry and small notes of roasted berries associated with a touch of wild blackberry, a subtle hint of camphor, cypress and a hint of liquorice stick. The palate is beautifully structured, fresh, supple, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful purity and brilliance of the fruit. It expresses notes of pulpy and juicy cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of bright blueberry associated with an elegant almost Mediterranean touch, roasted raspberry as well as a hint of tonka bean and toast. There is also a subtle note of cardamom. The wine offers a beautiful freshness and a beautiful minerality.
