It reveals notes of bright boysenberry, brilliant raspberry and small notes of small pulpy/juicy black fruits associated with a touch of plum blossom, infusion and a discreet almost Mediterranean hint as well as a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, brightness as well as a beautiful definition. It expresses a beautiful maturity and pulpy character of the fruit, with nice energy, tension, silkiness as well as deepness. There are notes of juicy/bright blackcurrant, bright red berries and small notes of bright small fruits associated with touches of racy minerality, graphene, sweet spices as well as a hint of tangy/fresh purple plum. Fine hints of infusion, a discreet almost black tea/sage hint as well as subtle hints of toasted/toasted hazelnut.
