The nose is gourmand and offers spiciness, fleshiness of the fruit as well as a savoury side. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, Bigarreau cherry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with a touch of almost crushed red plum as well as discreet hints of almost vanilla. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, suppleness and minerality. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, purple/pulpy plum and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of small blue fruits, liquorice stick, chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Good length. Some sapidity and mellowness on the finish/persistence. Freshness and delicacy.
