The nose is mineral and racy, with a floral and spicy touch, reminiscent of pepper. There are notes of violet, Sichuan pepper, as well as touches of racy gravel, associated with nuances of fresh lilac and fresh flowers, as well as hints of liquorice stick and toast. The palate is nicely built, fruity and floral, with good balance. It has a tangy frame, accompanied by notes of cassis and bright blue fruits, and, more precisely, cornflower associated with touches of racy gravel, flint, as well as subtle hints of bright fruits, chocolate and toast. The tannins are sapid and gourmet, bringing a certain sweetness. Beautiful freshness, with a nice juiciness and a remarkable shine. The wine displays a beautiful brilliance.
