Beautiful fresh, tracing and chiseled nose. It reveals notes of wild blackberry and small blue fruits associated with a hint of concentrated grenadine as well as a subtle hint of blood orange, iodine, liquorice stick and dried red cherry. The palate is beautifully fresh, beautifully fruity, well-balanced and offers precision, tension, suppleness and silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy red cherry, blueberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of crushed small red fruits as well as hints of pomegranate, local aromatic herbs and liquorice. A hint of good bitterness with a subtle hint of sage (in the background). Tannins are well-built and elegant. A small chewiness. Very beautiful bitterness/ noble varietal aromas.
