It needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of raspberry, small, quite ripe red berries and small notes of liquorice stick associated with touches of fresh grove, sense of place (local biotope / terroir), graphene as well as hints of infusion, black tea, black olive, with discreet hints of almost sage, coffee and cardamom. The palate is nicely built, nicely fresh, juicy and offers deepness, suppleness as well as a nice freshness. Beautifully racy (terroir). On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, juicy / fresh red berries and small notes of juicy cherry associated with touches of liquorice stick, black olive, infusion as well as a hint of almost sage / local grove and schist. Mellowness, pulpiness and gourmandise.
