Beautiful fruity nose, concentrated and offering deepness, a small darkness as well as a discreet spicy side. It reveals notes of concentrated cassis, crushed redcurrants and small notes of zan associated with touches of small jammy black fruits, a touch of local dry soil (local biotope) as well as a discreet hint of liquorice stick and a subtle hint of vanilla pod. The palate is nicely juicy, fresh, mineral and offers a certain brilliance, gourmandize, a tangy frame, tension as well as a nice grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, crushed black cherry and small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with touches of cornflowers, a hint of cherry jam, a subtle toasted hint as well as discreet hints of vanilla and sweet blond tobacco. Tannins are sapid and gourmand.
