On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy black cherry, pulpy/juicy purple plum and small notes of crunchy red berries associated with touches of cornflower, graphene as well as a subtle hint almost sense of the place (local biotope), roasting and toasted. Good length. A subtle hint of black pepper in the background, almost a floral side.
