On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy yellow peach, salinity and small notes of fleshy/juicy apple associated with touches of racy minerality, apple as well as a discreet hint of fresh lychee and lime blossom. Good length. Beautifully sapid persistence that offers a subtle almost toasted hint.
