The nose is elegant and aromatic. We find notes of wild blackberry, warm sap and small notes of liquorice stick associated with touches of black berries as well as hints of juniper berries, local scrubland and a hint of sense of place (local biotope). A subtle almost smoky hint in the background. The palate is beautifully built, supple, silky, gourmand and offers a beautiful expression of the fruit as well as a beautiful matter. Beautiful freshness and concentration, full of control. Nice purity of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, crushed small fruits and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of bright/quite ripe red berries, liquorice stick, chocolate as well as hints of vanilla, black olive and a hint of sense of place (local biotope) / thyme. Good length. Presence of a hint of garrigue on the persistence.
