The nose is beautifully marked by aromatic herbs. It reveals notes of rosemary, verbena, kumquat, dried plum and small notes of pine needles associated with hints of almost roasted pineapple, dried fruits as well as a subtle iodized hint and an imperceptible hint of toffee / salted butter caramel. The palate is beautifully fruity, juicy, aromatic, elegant, tense, precise, clean and offers a certain concentration. A beautiful finesse in its roundness and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kumquat and crystallized mandarin associated with hints of rosemary, dried fruits, fine lemony, iodized hints as well as a subtle almost dried mango hint, schist and a discreet hint of toasted almond. An almost tangy candy hint in the background. A hint of good bitterness. Beautiful persistence. A hint of leather and tobacco on the persistence.
