The nose offers fruit, concentration, a beautiful freshness as well as a discreetly tight grain. There are notes of Quetsche plum, kirsch red plum and small notes of star anise associated with touches of zan, salinity and a discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). The palate offers fruit, freshness, minerality, a fresh frame, a certain tension as well as a stretched side. The palate is marked by schist. On the palate this wine expresses notes of morello cherry, Quetsche plum and small notes of kirsch small red fruits associated with touches of liquorice, chocolate as well as a hint of sage and green coffee. Good length. A fine chew.
