The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, tension, freshness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Zante currant, dried apricot and small notes of juicy date associated with touches of dried apple, a hint of roasted pineapple, fresh rosemary, sage as well as a subtle almost aniseed hint and crème brûlée.
